Poi services are designed to support community providers to deliver the best possible quality of life for patients, their whānau and caregivers.

Our Poi team works with general practices, residential care providers, pharmacies, and a wide range of community organisations to identify those who would benefit from support. The Poi team also provides coaching and training.
