Our Phone Advisory Service operates 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Patients enrolled with Hospice West Auckland, and their caregivers, can phone our Clinical Phone Advisory Line on 0800 834 9755.

We recommend you check your GP/Doctor availability over the holiday period, and ensure that you have organised any prescriptions you need from them.
