Hospice West Rangatahi meet Minister of Youth Affairs, the Honourable Nikki Kaye

We had the honour of having Minister of Youth Affairs, the Honourable Nikki Kaye visit us to meet our Rangatahi youth ambassadors,  their families, Hospice West Auckland Board of Trustees and senior staff members for our inaugural Hospice West Rangatahi launch event.

Held in our Living and Learning Centre to induct our first 11 ambassadors into the programme, our Rangatahi had the opportunity to each speak with the Minister, before she presented her thoughts on the important role they play in the growth of strong community connections.

For photos from the afternoon, please visit our Facebook page to see the album.
